This role is at the heart of Capitec’s promise to provide excellent client service and support our clients to Bank Better and Live Better.
Who is eligible to apply?
Individuals with 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail/financial/banking or those with a relevant tertiary qualification.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Client Service Representative, you will:
- Engage in sales and client-facing environments
- Adhere to Organisational Policies, including the BCGP principles
- Provide excellent client service using the Global One product offering
