What is the Metropolitan Administrator Internships Program?
The Metropolitan Administrator Internships Program is a learnership program that aims to give learners an opportunity to gain workplace experience within Human Capital3. Learners will have the opportunity to work closely with and gain knowledge from specialists and experts within the Human Capital Community. The program will cover various aspects of human resources, such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
Who is eligible to apply?
To apply for the Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be unemployed
- You must be a South African citizen by birth
- You must have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- You must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- You must have basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- You must be willing to learn and work in a team
