Who is eligible to apply?
Individuals with a Grade 12 qualification, computer literacy, excellent telephonic skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills. A minimum of 1 year of working experience with a strong focus on customer service is required.
Responsibilities
The main job purpose is to manage the front desk of a Fitment Centre, providing professional operational support and general business consultation to all customers and staff. This may include but is not limited to:
- Sales Management: The consultant manages and closely follows up on all counter sales, both face-to-face and telephonic. They provide relevant advice to customers in a highly professional manner, ensuring successful sales closures. Achieving sales budgets and meeting Net Promoter Scores (NPS) targets are key objectives, contributing directly to business growth.
- Claims Processing: Handling claims accurately and swiftly is another vital aspect of their role. By liaising with customers, they determine the correct excess amount and collect payments promptly. This ensures that daily key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and prevents any financial losses to the business.
- Administrative Excellence: The consultant adheres rigorously to best administrative practices. This includes maintaining stock control, following ordering processes, and ensuring customers have a seamless, low-effort experience.
- Scheduling Efficiency: Utilizing the scheduling system within the Service Centre, the consultant maximizes the productivity of Fitters. Their goal is to maintain the targeted number of jobs per fit per day, ensuring the Fitment Centre operates at full capacity while effectively managing customer expectations.
- Stock Ordering Precision: The consultant accurately orders stock based on work schedules, following established buy-out procedures. This precision ensures timely service delivery to customers, maintaining the highest possible standards.
- Compliance with Requests: Lastly, the consultant diligently adheres to any other reasonable work requests from PG Glass Management.
