What is the Learnership?
The Tenacity Learnership is a 12-month program combining classroom-based training with on-the-job experience, leading to a qualification in Contact Centre Operations.
Who is eligible to apply?
Individuals between 18 – 35 years, unemployed, with a Matric certificate and at least one year of customer service experience are eligible to apply for our Learnership program.
Responsibilities/Job Description
